About the role 
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist (Corporate Coach) to join our team at sands bosum management sdn bhd' in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. This full-time role will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the professional development of our employees.

<li>Build Strong Relationships: Connect with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality services.</li>
<li>Solve Real-World Problems: Diagnose challenges faced by businesses and offer tailored, growth-driven solutions.</li>
<li>Support Training Programs: Collaborate with enrollment, consulting, and course teams to ensure smooth training sessions and maintain positive post-training relationships.</li>
<li>Stay Organized: Use our teaching management software to manage tasks and track progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate &amp; Innovate: Work closely with leadership on projects and ad-hoc initiatives.</li>

What We’re Looking For:

<li>Age: preferred 30–45 years old</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Exceptional experience may substitute for formal qualifications.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training or L&amp;D role, in mid-to-senior management roles.</li>
<li>Skills &amp; Knowledge: Expertise in any of these areas: strategy, operations, leadership, HR, finance, taxation, or sales management.</li>
<li>SME Awareness: Understanding of Malaysian SME challenges and opportunities.</li>
