Scandy's is bringing the magic of Swedish candy to Malaysia and we're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy intern to help tell our story.

If you're always on TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8, love creating content, and want hands-on experience growing a fast-moving consumer brand, we'd love to hear from you.

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You'll be creating content that thousands of people see every week and helping build one of Malaysia's most exciting new retail brands.

What you'll do

📱 Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

🎥 Film and edit short-form videos, Reels, and TikToks

🍬 Capture candy, customer, and behind-the-scenes content

📸 Create photo and video content at our stores, events, and activations

💡 Brainstorm new content ideas and social media campaigns

📊 Track content performance and identify trends

🤝 Support influencer collaborations and community engagement

✨ Help shape the voice and personality of the Scandy's brand

Job Requirements

Who we're looking for

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields

✔ Active user of TikTok and Instagram

✔ Comfortable filming and editing content on mobile devices

✔ Creative, proactive, and full of ideas

✔ Strong written and spoken English

✔ Interest in branding, marketing, retail, food & beverage, or startups

✔ Basic Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or video editing skills are a plus

✔ Comfortable appearing in content is a bonus (but not required)
