Scandy's is bringing authentic Swedish candy culture to Malaysia through premium pick & mix experiences, events, online channels and unique retail concepts. Our mini flagship will become the home of Swedish candy in Kuala Lumpur - a place where customers discover new favourites, attend fun events, create content and become part of our growing candy-loving community.

What you'll do

You'll be the face of Scandy's and help create memorable experiences for our customers every day. From helping customers discover their new favourite Swedish candy to keeping our store looking amazing, you'll play a key role in building KL's sweetest retail destination. We're looking for friendly, energetic team players who love engaging with people and want to grow with an exciting, fast-growing brand.

• Help customers discover their new favourite Swedish candy
• Keep our candy wall stocked, organised, and looking irresistible
• Manage stock counts, replenishment, and daily store operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and Instagram-worthy store experience
• Process purchases through our POS system
• Assist with simple social media content and customer engagement
• Prepare gifting products and personalised candy tubs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences

Job Requirements

✔ 18 years old and above

✔ Valid Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Vaccination

✔ Own transport

✔ Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu

✔ Friendly, energetic, and confident talking to customers

✔ Reliable, responsible, and punctual

✔ Loves learning and working in a fast-paced environment

✔ Retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
