Assistant/Supervisor Maintenance (Technician/Project)

 Job description:

• To troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems at the store.
• To resolve issues or problems at the store without incurring any charges from external vendors.
• Provide support to reduce the TNB bill through AMP reading, DB balancing, and by rectifying the capacitor bank function.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in completing tasks related to M&E, Civil, and Air Conditioning.
• Act as the Maintenance Manager during the Manager's leave.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail maintenance or building/complex maintenance.
• Excellent skills and knowledge in M&E.
• Basic skills and knowledge in Civil, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
• Basic skills and knowledge in Civil, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
• Have experience with new store setup or store refit is advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Our HQ located at Kelana Jaya Business Centre, near to LRT CGC-Glenmarie.
