Job Description
- To troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems at the store.
- To resolve issues or problems at the store without incurring any charges from external vendors.
- Provide support to reduce the TNB bill through AMP reading, DB balancing, and by rectifying the capacitor bank function.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in completing tasks related to M&E, Civil, and Air Conditioning.
- Act as the Maintenance Manager during the Manager's leave.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail maintenance or building/complex maintenance.
- Excellent skills and knowledge in M&E.
- Basic skills and knowledge in Civil, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
- Basic skills and knowledge in Civil, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
- Have experience with new store setup or store refit is advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to work 6 days per week
