Job Summary:
To support accurate item data management and pricing configuration in SAP and ARMS and assist with basic system tasks to help maintain smooth retail and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit item maintenance forms request to the IT operations with ensuring accurate item master data.
• Maintain and organize filing and record keeping for physical and digital records related to item maintenance, pricing, and approvals to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.
• Set and input promotional prices for mailers and rahmah campaigns in the system for scheduled marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely activation.
• Set and ensuring accuracy cost prices and reselling prices (RSP) in the system, aligning with purchasing team request.
• Assist and support the IT team with basic tasks in SAP activities such as data entry, testing updates, or assisting with minor system configurations to help maintain smooth operations.
Currently office based Kelana Business Centre, Petaling Jaya (near to Glenmarie LRT station)
Moving to Wisma Segi office at Kampung Melayu Subang, Shah Alam Q4 2026.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar administrative, merchandising, or data entry role (especially in retail company).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments (e.g., IT, and within the Commercial department).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Experience in using SAP and ARMS systems is preferred.
