Job Description

Executive, HR Analytic Specialist is a strategic role responsible for leading the design and execution of data-driven HR and payroll strategies that align with broader business objectives. This position serves as the primary bridge between raw workforce data and executive decision-making, overseeing the development of predictive models, payroll cost analysis, and advanced dashboards to optimize talent acquisition, retention, and annual budget control. By collaborating with various departments and ensuring data integrity within systems like Rymnet, this role ensures the HR department operates with high precision, financial compliance, and innovative workforce insights.

Key Responsibilities   

  1. Design and Execution of HR & Payroll Analytics Strategies.
  2. Development of Advanced Dashboards & Budget Tracking Models.
  3. Strategic Insights on Talent & Personnel Costs. Analyze the financial impact of employee turnover and the cost-to-hire for various departments.
  4. Partnering with Finance and Senior HR Leaders. Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure HR’s annual budget alignment and variance reporting.
  5. Mentorship in people analytics reporting and recommend innovative approaches. Evaluate new AI-driven HR tech tools for potential implementation.
  6. System Optimization & Payroll Data Integrity. Optimize the Rymnet system and workforce scheduling tools to capture granular payroll and attendance data.
  7. Monitoring Trends in People Analytics & Compensation Tech. Research innovative automated budgeting tools and AI-driven payroll auditing software.
  8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical use of employee data. Ensure all payroll and compensation data handling complies with PDPA and statutory audit requirements.  

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematic, Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or people analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Rymnet) & other workforce scheduling systems.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing analytics teams or projects.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
  • Statistical software (Excel Pivot & VlookUp, R/Python,).
