Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Operations Support

• Assist in daily inventory operations such as receiving, issuing, put-away, picking, and returns.  

• Support and assist cycle count and stock take activities under supervision.  

• Assist in checking inventory records and identifying stock variances.  

• Perform basic data entry and verification in inventory systems.

Administrative Support  

• Assist with preparation, filing, and updating of inventory documents and records.  

• Maintain a simple trackers, reports, and control logs using Excel.  

• Support and assist coordination between inventory, warehouse operations, and other departments.  

SAP to WMS Migration Support  

• Assist with data checking, data cleansing, and validation process during SAP to WMS migration.  

• Support preparation of templates, master data, and transaction data for system use.  

• Assist in documenting basic work instructions and process flows.  

Learning & Development

• Learn basic inventory control concepts and warehouse best practices.  

• Gain hands-on exposure to ERP / WMS systems used in daily operations.  

• Carry out other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.  

• Familiar and able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.  

• Willingness to learn, responsible, and able to work in an operational environment.  

• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and basic communication ability.
