Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. HUMAN RESOURCES (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
  • Support planning, coordination, and documentation of Organizational Development initiatives, including performance management and training programs.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions while managing materials, communications, and Organizational Development documentation.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES (INDUSTRIAL RELATION)

  • Support Industrial Relation activities, including awareness programs, training sessions, and preparation of reports or documentation (e.g., Domestic Inquiries, PIP)
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters by maintaining records, supporting case documentation, and coordinating meetings or follow-ups
  • Track Industrial Relation metrics, support internal coordination, and stay updated on Industrial Relationpractices and employment regulations

3. MARKETING (DATA ANALYTIC)

  • Collect, organize, and manage data from Excel/BI tools while supporting regular performance reporting
  • Analyze campaign results, track performance across channels, and conduct competitor and market research
  • Assist with content creation and provide ad-hoc analysis based on team needs

4. MARKETING (CORPORATE COMMUNICATION)

  • Draft and edit content for internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, social media, and promotional materials
  • Support campaign planning, content coordination, and execution for marketing, store activities, and events
  • Assist with media monitoring, reporting, and maintaining communication materials, photo libraries, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support, on-ground events, and handle additional tasks related to communications and branding

5. MARKETING

Loyalty Program Support

  • Assist in sourcing rewards and coordinating campaign execution with vendors
  • Monitor program performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Marketing Partnerships & Campaign Coordination

  • Conduct research on potential partners and support proposal preparation
  • Assist in executing co-branded campaigns with partners and platforms

Trade Marketing & In-Store Promotion Support

  • Maintain media assets database and supplier agreements
  • Track campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related field (e.g., Administrations, Business, Human Resource, Law, Data Analytics, Economics)
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support reporting tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and verbal)
  • Able to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently with guidance
