Key Responsibilities:

1. Able to manage logistic management – manage transportation & distribution network
2. Assist immediate superior to plan, organize and manage daily, weekly and monthly routine processes, assignment, duties and tasks at receiving, put away, storage, picking, sorting, allocate, checking, and loading departments.
3. Assist immediate superior on any daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc requirements for presentation, meetings, assignment, task or special projects.
4. Assist immediate superior to develop the team’s human pool development, whilst providing a sound, safe & secure feeling at workplace.
5. Help to assure that Distribution Centre operational workflow stays in line with the expected productivity aspiration and achievable operational targets by reducing further operational cost/expense, inventory shrinkage/surpluses, overtime cost, MHE cost and repairs.
6. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

1.  A least 3 years as Assistant Manager, DC and previously worked in any fresh/ambient/dry/frozen environment from any warehousing/distribution/ retail businesses. 
2. Computer Skills in MS Excel and Word are required.
3. Strong project management skills and strong analytical thinking.
4. Must be able to demonstrate discretion professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Effective communication skills with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
6. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
7. Able to collaborate effectively with others and foster teamwork.
8. Open-minded and receptive to others' views, while being a good listener.
9. Proactively takes initiative and seeks opportunities to improve. 
10. Willing to work in Bukit Berunting & Segenting, occasionally travel to HQ, and other warehouses.
