Job Summary:
To drive data-informed decision-making across the Marketing and cross-functional teams by transforming customer, category, store, and campaign data into actionable insights. This role supports the company’s growth to optimize portfolio performance, strengthen customer engagement, and improve campaign effectiveness, and guide strategic planning through accurate analysis, performance tracking, and insight-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and report on store performance by key metrics (sales, traffic, basket size), along with region-, cluster-, and format-specific insights; and drill by BU/category.
- Analyze category-level performance by key metrics (sales, margin, velocity, and customer buying patterns) to identify performing and underperforming category/segment.
- Segment and analyze customers by activity levels (active, inactive) and behavioural patterns, comparing member vs. non-member performance to guide marketing strategy.
- Measure the impact of campaigns on traffic uplift, member engagement, and sales contribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret insights, validate findings, and co-drive action plans that improve store performance, category growth, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Produce and deliver timely, accurate reports and insights to Marketing, and cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Units, Commercials), and Management with clear narratives with actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and guide long-term planning.
