Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.HR Services, Governance & Process Improvement

  • Review, enhance, and implement HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company standards across all HR practices.
  • Standardize HR processes and service delivery across departments and operational locations to ensure consistency, fairness, and operational excellence.
  • Lead HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service quality.
  • Monitor HR audit readiness, compliance standards, and effectiveness of policy implementation.
  • Maintain and continuously update the Employee Handbook in alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Provide comprehensive HR services including employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary advisory.
  • Deliver professional HR advisory and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
  • Oversee employee welfare initiatives, benefits administration, and HR support services to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct HR communication, awareness, and training sessions to strengthen employee understanding of company policies and workplace expectations.

2.Performance Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead and continuously improve the organization’s performance management framework, appraisal systems, and calibration processes.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through initiatives that strengthen accountability, productivity, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and performance gaps and recommend strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and strengthen KPI frameworks, competency models, talent assessment methodologies, and performance measurement tools.
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, talent management, and workforce capability-building initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce performance trends and provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide HR coaching, mentoring, and employee support to foster continuous development and a positive performance culture.

3.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for managerial, professional, and operational positions.
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies and talent pipelines to support business growth and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including quality of hire, time-to-fill, hiring effectiveness, and manpower fulfillment rates.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth employee integration and positive new hire experience
  • Ensure company values, policies, and Employee Handbook are effectively integrated into onboarding programs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure in HR Services, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience in driving KPI frameworks and performance culture initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Experience in policy development, organizational design, and HR governance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change effectively.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operational environments.
  • Experience supporting fast-growing and performance-driven organizations.
  • Exposure to HR transformation initiatives and HR analytics.

 

Currently office based Kelana Business Centre, Petaling Jaya (near to Glenmarie LRT station)

Moving to Wisma Segi office at Kampung Melayu Subang, Shah Alam Q1 - Q3 2027.
