Position: salesperson for marketing agency
Payment Package: basic salary + commission
Marketing Service: marketing campaign, seeding, influencer marketing, social media management, video production, event production.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound leads.
• Present our marketing services (marketing campaign, seeding, influencer marketing, social media management, video production, event production) to potential clients effectively.
• Understand client needs and provide customized marketing solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

• Sales and Negotiation: Ability to close deals and negotiate terms effectively.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and services.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Time Management: Capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
