Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Engage and nurture potential leads ensuring maximum conversion to our HRDCORP levy claimable program.
2. Program Facilitation: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the program, ensuring smooth operations and efficient claim processes.
3. Proposal Development: Harness your expertise to create compelling proposals that align with both client requirements and our company’s objectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and program execution.
5. Customized Program Design: Collaborate with clients to tailor our HRDCORP programs according to their unique requirements.
6. Training and Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of our program's value proposition.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management or a similar role.
• Strong presentation skills with a knack for persuasive communication.
• Proficiency in preparing impactful proposals.
• Knowledge of HRDCORP Levy Claim processes will be an added advantage.
• Mandarin speaking candidates will have an edge.
• Must have a proactive mindset, great interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
