About the Role We are looking for a responsible and hardworking senior Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain our Water &amp; Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth plant operations, meeting environmental compliance, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems according to SOP.</li>
<li>Record daily operational data, chemical usage, and plant parameters.</li>
<li>Perform chemical top-up, filter backwash, desludging, and general plant upkeep.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with DOE standards for final discharge and site safety procedures.</li>
<li>Report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or modifications to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintain good housekeeping and compliance with GMP requirements.</li>
<li>Support maintenance activities and instrument calibrations.</li>
<li>Work closely with team members during shift handovers.</li>
<li>Attend trainings, meetings, and follow all HR policies and attendance requirements.</li>
