What You’ll Do

Your job is to guide, qualify, and enroll the right students into our programs.

You will:

  • Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads
  • Run consultation calls to understand goals, background, and fit
  • Clearly explain program structure, expectations, and outcomes
  • Close enrollments and handle objections professionally
  • Onboard students after signup and ensure smooth first-week experience
  • Coordinate with ops and teaching teams on student readiness
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • High show-up rate for calls
  • Strong close rate from qualified leads
  • Low refund and dropout rates from your intakes
  • Students you onboard are prepared and motivated
  • Clean CRM and predictable pipeline

Job Requirements

  • Have background in tech, STEM, or software (formal or self-taught)
  • Are comfortable explaining technical learning paths to beginners
  • Communicate clearly and confidently on calls
  • Can balance empathy with directness
  • Follow up relentlessly and stay organized
  • Care about long-term student success, not just closing deals
  • Sales experience is useful but not mandatory. Coachability and ownership matter more.
