Who we are
Sigma School is Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing coding bootcamp. We’ve trained 100+ students from around the world, partnered with companies like Grab and OCBC, and helped career switchers break into tech with industry-ready skills.
But here’s the problem: our growth is outpacing our ability to tell our story. We’re building the best learning platform in the region, but too few people see it, hear it, or feel it. That’s why we need you.
The pains we need you to solve
- Our best content never reaches enough eyeballs because our SEO and programmatic SEO playbooks are not consistent.
- Our newsletters exist, but they don’t engage or convert as much as they should.
- We’re missing out on collaborations with KOLs and partners that could amplify our brand massively.
- Our free courses and community events don’t yet have the visibility or consistency they need.
- We lack authentic, user-generated–style content that builds trust and social proof week after week.

What you’ll own
- Content collaborations: Partner with KOLs, creators, and communities to co-create content that drives reach and trust.
- SEO & growth content: Lead on SEO, programmatic SEO, and GEO strategies to scale our inbound engine.
- Email marketing & newsletters: Own our email strategy end-to-end — from automation to copywriting to reporting.
- Events & free courses: Help design and run one event/free course per week to build community and brand authority.
- UGC-style content: Produce 1 engaging UGC-style video or post per week that feels authentic and resonates with our audience.
What you bring
- Proven experience in content/SEO/marketing with measurable results.
- A mix of creativity and execution — you can brainstorm big ideas and roll up your sleeves to ship them.
- Comfort with SEO tools, email automation platforms, and content analytics.
- Experience running partnerships, collabs, or events (bonus if in the edtech or community space).
- Strong storytelling ability — you know how to make content feel real and relatable.
- You don’t wait for instructions — you take ownership and run experiments.
What success looks like in 6 months
- Organic traffic is growing month-on-month from SEO.
- Newsletters get higher open and click-through rates.
- At least 4 meaningful collaborations with KOLs or partners are live.
- 12+ events or free courses are delivered with solid attendance and impact.
- 12+ UGC-style content pieces are out in the world, with a few going viral inside our niche.
