About The Role

Sigmaschool is building a long-term education brand, not a short-term lead funnel.

Today, paid ads are one of our main acquisition channels.

Our next phase is to build a powerful organic growth engine across content, SEO, community, and partnerships so inbound demand becomes our primary driver of enrollments.

We are hiring a Growth Specialist (Organic & Brand) to own and scale this system end-to-end.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will design the growth roadmap, but you will also execute, test, and build playbooks before scaling a team.

What You Will Own

You are responsible for replacing paid ads as the primary growth driver over time.

This includes:

  • Building and executing an organic growth strategy across SEO, content, social, and partnerships
  • Owning inbound lead volume, quality, and conversion contribution from organic channels
  • Designing and running SEO programs: programmatic pages, local SEO, long-form content, and topical authority
  • Developing founder-led and brand content strategies across YouTube, short-form video, and written media
  • Building partnership and creator collaboration programs (educators, influencers, companies, communities)
  • Creating systems for student success stories, referrals, and community-driven growth
  • Working closely with Admissions and BD to improve lead quality and close rates
  • Setting KPIs, dashboards, and growth experiments with clear weekly and monthly targets

This is a revenue-impact role, not a branding support function.

What Success Looks Like

Within 6–12 months:

  • Organic channels become a major contributor to qualified leads and enrollments
  • Cost per enrollment decreases even as volume grows
  • Strong search rankings for high-intent education keywords in Malaysia and regionally
  • Consistent inbound from content, partnerships, and community
  • Clear, repeatable growth playbooks that can be scaled with a team

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in growth, content, SEO, or demand generation (startup or scale-up preferred)
  • Comfortable owning business metrics, not just traffic or views
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Able to think in systems and compounding strategies, not one-off campaigns
  • Hands-on executor who is also comfortable designing strategy
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Experience in education, SaaS, or creator-led brands is a strong advantage, but not required.
