We started Sigma School because we believe that the current education system is broken. 
Students are struggling to get jobs and struggling to pay back their student loans, yet employers are still struggling to hire good talents. 
There is a massive, growing tech talent-skill mismatch in the world right now and almost ALL educators are not held accountable to help their students secure jobs. 
They simply have no incentive to ensure their graduates get hired – they get paid regardless.

This isn’t just writing blog posts. You’ll help build a content engine that drives leads, builds brand, and educates our audience. You’ll work directly with the founders and marketing team to craft content that informs, converts, and inspires.

<li>Research and plan long-form content topics (SEO blogs, case studies, guides) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help write and structure blog articles using AI + human editing &nbsp;</li>
<li>Work on social content calendars and repurposing strategy (tweets, reels, carousels) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in building our content database (Notion) and SOPs &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track performance of published content (Google Analytics, SEO tools) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Interview students and graduates to turn their stories into engaging content &nbsp;</li>
