Job Description

The Pain You’ll Help Solve

  • Founders and managers lose hours every week handling admin, ops, and follow-ups instead of focusing on growth.

  • Sales data, invoices, and basic accounts often slip through cracks when no one tracks them consistently.

  • Outreach for partnerships and collaborations is ad hoc — lots of missed opportunities.

  • Without strong admin support, the team moves slower and drops details that matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Admin & Ops

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep projects organized.

    • Handle daily operational tasks: documents, filing, coordination.

  • Accounts & Sales Tracking

    • Record sales data, prepare simple reports, and track invoices/payments.

    • Maintain spreadsheets or CRM tools to keep numbers accurate and updated.

  • Partner & Collaboration Outreach

    • Research potential partners and collaborators.

    • Draft outreach emails and help follow up with prospects.

    • Maintain a pipeline of partnership leads.

  • General Support

    • Draft and polish emails, docs, and presentations.

    • Assist with small but high-leverage tasks that keep the team moving.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to run the back-end of a growing startup (admin, ops, finance).

  • Basic business accounting and sales tracking.

  • Practical communication skills for outreach and partner building.

  • How to anticipate needs and support busy founders/executives.

Don’t Apply If You…

  • Struggle with numbers, details, or keeping records accurate.

  • Aren’t comfortable switching between tasks (ops, accounts, outreach).

  • Don’t enjoy admin and support work — this role is about precision and execution.

  • Need heavy hand-holding — you’ll be expected to take initiative.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication (able to draft professional emails).

  • Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel for accounts, tracking, and reporting.

  • Detail-oriented — accuracy matters when handling sales and payments.

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Interest in operations, admin, or business development.

  • Prior experience in admin/accounts/ops is a plus, but not required.
