The Pain You’ll Help Solve

• We generate leads but don’t capture or nurture them well enough.
   
• Our content doesn’t always reach the right audience, and experiments take too long to run.
   
• We need fresh ideas, fast execution, and extra hands to scale campaigns.
   

What You’ll Do

• Support campaigns across paid ads, email, and social.
   
• Research and create content (short posts, landing page copy, community engagement).
   
• Run small growth experiments (A/B tests, funnels, CTAs) and track results.
   
• Help with reporting: measure CAC, CTR, conversions, etc.
   

What You’ll Learn

• Hands-on growth marketing: running tests, managing campaigns, analyzing results.
   
• Practical tools (Meta/Google Ads, analytics dashboards, CRM).
   
• How growth loops work inside a fast-moving startup.
   

Don’t Apply If You…

• Don’t want to get your hands dirty in spreadsheets, ad dashboards, or content drafts.
   
• Prefer long theory over fast, scrappy experiments.
   
• Don’t care about numbers — growth is data-driven.
   

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (social media, ads, SEO, funnels).
   
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
   
• Strong writing skills for social content and short copy.
   
• Creative, fast learner, and willing to experiment.
   
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools is a plus.
