There is a massive, growing tech talent-skill mismatch in the world right now and almost ALL educators are not held accountable to help their students secure jobs. 
They simply have no incentive to ensure their graduates get hired – they get paid regardless.

<h4>Engineering Work</h4>
<ul>
<li>Building and improving features for our learning portal and internal systems</li>
<li>Fixing bugs, improving performance, and refactoring existing code</li>
<li>Supporting automation and tooling for instructors and operations teams</li>
<li>Working with frontend and backend code under senior guidance &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Tech stack exposure may include:
