Job Description

  1. Accurate inventory data key in for DO and PO.
  2. Ensure invoice data 3-way matching.
  3. Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Create product codes; maintain cost of products.
  5. Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.
  6. Perform wastage data record and prepare report.
  7. Perform stock check and cost check, data key-in.
  8. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least a STPM / Diploma or its equivalent. 
  2. Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel in particular) and experienced working in a computerized accounting environment.
  3. Good time and stress management.
  4. Aggressive and energetic attitude towards work and performance.
  5. Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask, goal oriented, assertive, hands-on problem solver and result-driven.
  7. Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  8. 5 working days.
  9. Malaysian only.

Salary : RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
