1. Manage and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, image uploads, and overall functionality.
2. Perform administrative tasks across all online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website), including product listings, SKU creation, content and image uploads, and coordinating visuals with designers.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate the implementation of website changes related to promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
4. Resolve website-related issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Utilize your copywriting skills to create engaging and effective email campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
6. Implement and manage email blasts, newsletters, and promotional emails.
7. Monitor email performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
8. Assist in crafting compelling copy for product infographics, website landing pages, and other marketing materials.
9. Assist in proofreading all marketing materials, including social media captions, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
10. Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring that content, graphics, and other elements align with the company's brand standards.
11. Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
12. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
2. Demonstrate a proactive approach in managing tasks and projects to ensure they are completed within established timelines.
3. Be adaptable and ready to take on various ad hoc tasks that may arise in the dynamic field of marketing.
4.  Assist in the coordination and execution of special marketing initiatives, events, or projects as needed.
5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet unexpected demands and challenges.
6. Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
7. Well versed in English.
8. Resourceful, Independent, Fast Learner, Result-driven and self-motivated.
9. Good time management & Stress management.
10. Malaysian only

Salary Range : RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
