Job Description

Our goals - Your path

Forklift Operations

  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the factory or warehouse.
  • Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of materials in designated areas.
  • Assist in stock movement for production and dispatch processes, following FIFO concept.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks (e.g., battery charging, refueling, tire inspection) using the mobile app ( QR code) .

Material Handling & Inventory Support

  • Move raw materials to production areas as per production requirements.
  • Transfer finished goods to the storage or dispatch area.
  • Assist in stock counting and verification as required.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations while operating the forklift.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding material handling, stacking height, and load limits.
  • Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or accidents immediately

 Others

  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

 Security

  • Ensure that all goods handled are secured and properly stored to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain confidentiality of inventory records and internal processes.

Your expertise - Our strength

  •  Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift operator certification/license.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in handling raw materials and finished goods in a dry mix industry is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil and/or Chinese is also an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties as required.
  • Understand and practice “first in first out”
