Job Description

 Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM (flexible when required by business operations).
周一至周五 9:00AM–6:00PM（根据业务安排需具备灵活性）。 

• Manage daily retail + e-commerce warehouse operations.
  负责管理零售 + 电商仓库日常运作。
• Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming goods.
  处理收货、点货、记录并分类入仓。
• Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
  负责电商订单拣货、打包与准时发货。
• Coordinate shipment handover to logistics partners.
  对接物流公司，安排出货及交接。
• Maintain accurate stock in/out records and inventory allocation for stores.
  维护库存进出记录准确，并协助门店补货与库存分配。
• Conduct stock count, system updates, and inventory reconciliation.
  进行盘点、系统更新及库存核对。
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
  保持仓库整洁、安全、货品摆放有序。
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
   

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years retail warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
  1–2年零售仓库或电商仓配经验优先（欢迎应届毕业生）。
• Able to handle physical work, including lifting and moving parcels.
  需处理体力工作，可搬运包裹。
• Familiar with basic warehouse processes (receiving / picking / packing / dispatch).
  熟悉仓库基本流程（收货/拣货/打包/调货/出货）。
• Experienced with inventory/stock systems is a plus (e.g., AutoCount).
  会使用库存/仓管系统者优先（例如：AutoCount）。
• Basic Excel skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
  会使用Excel，工作细心、责任心强，做事可靠。
• Retail channel support experience is a plus (e.g., working with Watsons or Guardian).
  有零售仓配支持经验者更佳（如对接Watsons 或 Guardian）。
• Must hold a valid driving license and able to drive when required. 🚗
  需持有效驾驶执照，必要时可协助运输或外出取送货。
