Join our Cloud Infrastructure Support team as an Intern, where you will get hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies, system administration and infrastructure management.

What you will do

Gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and support while working alongside with seniors. The job includes:

• Assist in the maintenance, optimization and support of cloud infrastructure components to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to virtual machines, network security and system monitoring alerts.
• Perform system upgrades, security patches and backups under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the installation, configuration and management of cloud infrastructure components (e.g., VMs, Firewalls, Performance & Capacity Planning).
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis, helping to resolve customer-reported issues related to data management.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, technical guides and security compliances.
• Collaborate across teams, actively engaging in discussions, regular meeting and knowledge-sharing to enhance efficiency and learning.

Job Requirements

What you will need

• Undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Diploma in Information Technology.
• Good knowledge in IT & programming.
• Good communication skills & a team player.
• Highly organized & able to multi-task.
• Eager to learn, proactive and responsible, with a positive work attitude and a growth mindset.
