Job Description

We are looking for Application Support Executive to join our young team of motivated professionals. We provide post-project support to our customers on a mid-/long-term tenure with internal career growth opportunities.

Your role is to provide application support to end-users, training and guidance will be provided accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Perform Administrative tasks on incident raised, problem escalation and tracking statuses for logs.
  •  Resolving incident and service/change requests from customers, and stakeholders within SLA timeframe.
  •  Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with systems
  •  Collaborate with IT team and developers in resolving and providing best solution.
  •  Provide day-to-day support to customers’ existing software application team.
  •  Produces regular reports on status, service/change request progress, SLA performance, analyzes trends, and proactively identifies opportunities for optimization.

  •  The ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and have the willingness to learn.
  •  An adaptable and flexible attitude, being able to approach and solve a problem by examining it from different angles.
  •  Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to gather information from business users and explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
  •  Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to create useful support logs.
  •  The ability to collaborate within a team as team player and leading a team.
  •  Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
  •  Good time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
  •  Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with stakeholders and customers.
  •  Basic knowledge of software/application development lifecycle.
  •  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field of study.
  •  Programming knowledge is a plus (preferably with a developer background).
  •  Minimum 1-2 years working experience in IT Industry.
