Job Description
- HR administrative
- To handle recruitments from job posting, filtering of candidates, arranging interviews and documentation.
- To communicate with internal functional team members as with the head of departments and leaders on the recruitment requirements.
- Liaise with HR Manager and Finance team.
- Ability to handle outsourcing companies on outsourced contractors matter related to SIP.
- Ability to handle outsourcing contracts between SIP and customers, as well as between SIP and agents.
- Works with Human Capital Development, team members and SIP training subsidiary on administrative and coordination tasks of training for employees within the company.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Attention to details and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in human resource generalist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
