Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Project Manager to assist in managing IT projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a project management career. While prior project management experience is a plus, we value a can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively. 

Job Duties

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget. You will work closely with senior project managers or lead small scale enhancements or projects, contributing to planning, coordination, and communication efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal teams and external vendors for project execution
• Help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.
• Support in defining project scopes, objectives, and tracking progress.
• Assist in updating project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Identify potential project risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Support the documentation of project details, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Take initiative to learn and adopt new tools, processes, and best practices in project management.

• 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry (or relevant internship experience).
• Passion for learning and growing in project management.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software development and/or web technologies is a plus.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management tools is a plus.
