Job Description

• We are looking for a candidate who has experience in project management preferably with more than 5 years of experience involved in or managing IT projects. The individual must have the ability to lead and manage a project. Job Duties

• Project Manager responsibilities include delivering every project or project areas on time within budget and scope while managing stakeholders and project risk. Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects or project areas that they oversee or assist. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in examples Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Meeting minutes, Progress Reports, and Project Closure documents.

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years of working experience in IT industry Preferred
• More than 5 years of intensive working experience in Project Management 
• Or More than 3 years of leading IT Projects
• Preferably have reasonable technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and/or web technologies
• Good client-facing and communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good analytics and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus
