We are looking for a candidate who has experience in project management preferably with more than 3 years of managing an IT project and about 5 years in the IT or Banking/Fintech Industry. The individual must have the ability to lead and manage a project. Banking or Finance related experience is a plus.
What you will do
<ul>
<li>Manage and lead projects assigned by the Project Director.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project.</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.</li>
<li>Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.</li>
<li>Understanding of all <a href="https://www.theknowledgeacademy.com/blog/project-management-methodologies/" target="_self">project management methodologies</a>.</li>
<li>Ability to monitor completion and deliver projects on time.</li>
<li>Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.</li>
<li>Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.</li>
<li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Report and escalate to management as needed.</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Perform risk management by eliminating blockers and to minimize potential project risks.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions under pressure.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in examples Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Meeting minutes, Progress Reports, and Project Closure documents.</li>
