We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Strategist to lead strategic thinking across client engagements. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
You will work across industries, navigating diverse briefs from brand and campaigns to business and performance-focused challenges. This role requires someone who can think critically, challenge assumptions, and connect strategy with execution.
This is not a support role. It is a core function that demands ownership, discipline, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail.Β
π Interpret and break down a wide range of briefs, from brand, campaign, digital to business-focused challenges
π Build strong understanding of each clientβs brand, industry, and business goals to inform strategic direction
π Conduct in-depth research across markets, audience behavior, competitors, and category trends
π Identify key insights, define problem statements, and develop clear, compelling strategic directions
π Develop end-to-end proposals that integrate strategy, creative, media, and performance
π Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies
π Present and defend strategic recommendations with clarity, structure, and confidence
π Continuously challenge ideas, refine thinking, and ensure strategies are both impactful and executableΒ Β

Qualifications:
