<li>Address tenant concerns and facilitate communication between tenants and management.</li>
<li>Ensure the food court complies with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.</li>
<li>Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency</li>
<li>Handle disciplinary issues, conducting annual review and confirmation of staff.</li>
<li>Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to the management.</li>
<li>Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.</li>
