Job Description

As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of SmartPeep’s AI solutions — both in the cloud and on-premise. You will be involved throughout the deployment lifecycle, from pre-deployment testing to post-deployment quality assurance and support.

1) Deployment & Integration:

• Ensure successful and reliable deployment of SmartPeep AI systems (Cloud / On-Premise) according to project requirements.

2) Pre-deployment Quality Control (Testing):

• Conduct system validation, functional and performance testing before rollout.

3) Post-deployment Quality Control (Support):

• Provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure deployed systems maintain high performance and stability.

4) Collaboration:

• Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, and project teams to ensure smooth system delivery and updates.

5) Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain deployment records, system configurations, and issue tracking logs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of computer networking— including IP configuration, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of system deployment tools or containerization (e.g., Docker) preferred.
• Good to have: experience or interest in automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to travel occasionally for on-site deployments.
