About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams of engineers, QAs, and designers to deliver complex software development projects for our key clients. You'll guide your team through the full development lifecycle, ensuring we create outstanding applications and features for both Web and Mobile. You will report to the Head of PMO.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create comprehensive project plans including user flow diagrams, Gantt charts, and milestone schedules.
• Oversee and lead technical teams to ensure project scopes and milestones are consistently met.
• Create detailed functional requirements specifications and user stories for projects in initiation phase.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality with minimal guidance.
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and relationships effectively across all organizational levels.
• Motivate assigned teams and resolve conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Organize appropriate software development methodology practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on assigned projects and determine appropriate action plans and contingencies.

What you need?

• At least 3 years of experience in management-related fields.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
• Good, clear, and concise communication skills with a strong command in spoken and written English.
• Experience in managing projects with technical teams is a plus.
• Self-reliant, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Charismatic, persuasive, confident and approachable traits during client interactions.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
