Job Description

1. Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet the approved budget and growth targets.
2. Managing and implementing promotional campaigns in marketplaces (Lazda/Shopee/Tiktok).
3. Regularly conduct market research (industry trends, marketplaces algorithm, consumer markets insights and competitor analysis).
4. Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection identify assortment gaps.
5. Plan and monitor marketplaces paid ads for maximum visibility and conversion, including keywords optimization, high-quality visual, etc.
6. Inventory review and planning, products and sales focecast.
7. Work closely with designer for the products image direction, optimize the click-through rate and conversion rate of the products image, and improve the search relevance ranking of the products.
8. Prepare and generate regular reports with analysis and planning of operations and marketing campaigns.
9. Coordinate with customer service team and other personnel to complete the above tasks smoothly and effectively.
10. With good interpersonal communication skills and able to maintain good rapports with KAMs and clients.
11. Work as a team player to assist other relevant activities.

Job Requirements

1. At least 1 year of working experience in E-commerce field, preferably from Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok commerce.
2. Understand platform in-channel marketing rules and be familiar with members' shopping habits and shopper’s psychology.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Good at planning, promotion and project execution ability, strong communication ability.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
6. Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Effectively use and experience in Tiktok, FB, IG and other social media platforms.
8. Willing to OT during Mega/Big campaigns.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
10. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
