Job Description

1.  Help with month-end financial reports.
2. Work under supervision of other accountants
3. Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable.
4. Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
5. Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports.
6. Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline.
7. Assist with the semi-annual physical inventory.
8. Study the accounting policies and processes of the organization and abide by them.
9. File and scan journal entries
10. Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports.
11. Manage monthly tracking of physical inventory.
12. Support the payment processing team.
13. Do data entry and credit checks.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree Accounting with ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel
3. Possess good analytical skills with problem solving skills.
4. Be self-directed, proactive to take initiative, highly meticulous and attention to detail.
5. Possess good teamwork with the Team and ability to work independently, flexible, adaptive and a positive attitude.
6. Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks.
7. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required.
8. Higher commitment in career, willing to invest your time & effort to learn & grow together with the company.
9. Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English, Malay & Mandarin
