Job Description

 KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provide administrative support to the team.
2. Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
3. To update daily account data.
4. To track and follow up on collection of accounts receivable.
5. To complete other duties as assigned.
6. To assist superior in preparation of monthly accounting closing for management reviews.
7. Assist in any other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior.

Job Requirements

 PRE - REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES

1. Minimum Diploma 
2. A mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills.
3. Ambitious to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an advantage.
6. Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
7. Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels in the organization.
