Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to manage our TikTok Shop operations and seller center. This role involves driving sales, managing campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional brand presence on TikTok.

1. Manage the TikTok store, which includes campaign planning, developing marketing initiatives, promotional initiatives, monitoring traffic and performance, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
2. Establish and develop operational strategies to support the management of Social Commerce activities.
3. Develop interactive and informative content for brand awareness.
4. Develop follower engagement activities and content to drive sales.
5. Monitor and provide reporting and updates on TikTok Account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
6. Create and develop engaging, creative video content and storyboard for marketing purposes.
7. Keep record for file documents.
8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh Graduated or Diploma holder candidates also encouraged to apply.
2. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to spoken and written in English & Malay, Mandarin will be added advantages.
6. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
7. Active in playing own social media / social commerce (e.g.. Instagram / Facebook /TikTok).
