Job Description

Your role as Marketing Executive & Producer is a great way for you to apply your marketing/ digital media/ communications background within the hugely important industry of video marketing. Here are some of the fun things you'll be doing:

Apply your marketing knowledge to create concepts/ proposals/ storyboards
Receive enquiries, quote, create proposals, pitch to clients
Travel to distant locations and come on shoots as a Producer
Develop marketing strategies to promote and grow the company
Organise production schedules/ budget/ shot lists
Seek out talent/ copywriters/ cool locations
Build successful and ongoing relationships with clients
Keep productions on track, on budget.
Conduct some admin as required, e.g. invoicing. excel.

Job Requirements

You'll get to work on big clients like AirAsia, Facebook and Maxis, as well as small local brands within a small video production company. We are looking for someone who is:

Organised/ Detail Orientated - You are stickler for detail, can manage multiple productions, and organise and structure information clearly
Project Management - Same as above really
Social & Communicative - You enjoy meeting new people and are able to communicate your thoughts effectively
Creative/ Fun - You love brainstorming, you are not happy with boring ideas, you are curious about the world around you and like to keep in touch with the latest trends but don't necessarily follow them. You are critical too.
Video Experience - You might not have industry experience but are interested in this field. Video is just a part of Marketing. But If you do have experience, this is a big plus!
Strong command of English - You will be fluent or near fluent in English and can write and speak effectively and professionally.
