Job Description

1. Handle a full set of accounts and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and related accounting tasks.   
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.  
3.  Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and assist with monthly account closing.   
4. Prepare month-end reports, monthly commission calculations, and directors' claims.   
5. Prepare monthly intercompany billings and reconciliations.   
6. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.   
7. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.    

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.    
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.    
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.    
4. Knowledge of e-Invoicing, Withholding Tax, and related accounting practices will be an added advantage.    
5. Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.    
6.  Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.    
7.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.   
8.  Able to work independently as well as in a team.
