Responsibilities: · Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and any other correspondences from members and potential members regarding CBM · To be well versed in the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively and provide positive resolution to customers’ queries. · Responsible for all billing-related functions and issues. · Provide advisory service to the public and members of the bureau concerning credit reports and rating understanding. · Build and maintain the relationship with the existing members of CBM. · Provide training to new/existing members on the CBM system and report understanding. · Participate in scheduled events and roadshows · Secretariat for all Operations related meetings and discussions. · Perform any other task assigned by management.

Requirements

Requirements: · A recognized Degree or Diploma. · Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work. · Ability to multi-task, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment. · Ability to perform well to achieve task objectives under pressure of tight timelines. · Good oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage). · Proficiency in MS Office application. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills
