Swipey's solution aims to help underserved SMEs ease their financial management burden, so they can focus on what matters most: building the business.

Swipey is currently looking for a data analyst intern to join our team! You will be involved in the setup of company data consolidation, cleansing, and building an analytics dashboard. Throughout your time with us, the project that you will be working on will help to provide insight into business health. You will also be collaborating with others on the team, presenting them with data that could prove to be useful for them.

In this role, you'll

Consolidate various databases into a data lake [transaction, customer data, etc]
Build automation for data to be refreshed in real-time in our data lake
Build logic to extract data
Present data in analytics tools
Analyze databases and provide insights to the team

Job Requirements

What you'll bring to the team

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field
Experience with Python, Amazon, E3 and Grafana
Familiarity with Power BI or any similar data visualisation tools
Some exposure to cloud platforms and foundational cloud computing concepts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently at times
