Job Description

  • To handle sales administration tasks including liasing with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and other related parties on the Sales and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, signing, billing and collection.
  • Responsible to generate progress billing, invoices and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly and also the preparation of termination and sales forfeiture actions in accordance with the terms outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
  • Maintain a good filing record and documentation system of purchasers file and update into system.
  • Attend and respond to project sales enquiries through various channels including telephone, website, social media, email, banners, buntings, walk-ins and promotional activities.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events to generate new prospects and leads to meet sales targets.
  • Assist supervisor to deal with related working documents and general administrative work.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.


Job Requirements

  • Possess STPM/Diploma or other higher qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in the property development industry
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proactive, dynamic and good team player
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
