<p>Tapway is redefining how physical spaces operate using AI Vision and Big Data. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, or delivering solutions that run across edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments.</p>
<p><strong>Role-Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Tapway’s software solutions.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product, AI, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Make strategic technical decisions to address complex challenges and ensure system scalability and reliability.</li>
<li>Review and maintain software architecture, technical documentation, and development standards.</li>
<li>Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies in AI, IoT, and Cloud to enhance Tapway’s platform.<br><br></li>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<li>Define and drive the software architecture for scalable, secure, and high-availability systems</li>
<li>Lead design of microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems</li>
<li>Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, security, and performance optimization</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps engineers</li>
<li>Plan sprint roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering excellence</li>
<li>Oversee development of AI SaaS platform, APIs, dashboards, and orchestration systems</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product, AI, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions</li>
<li>Drive CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and system reliability practices</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with data security, access control, and privacy requirements</li>
<li>Optimize platform performance, uptime, and cost efficiency</li>
<li>Work closely with management, sales, and operations teams on technical feasibility and delivery planning</li>
