TasteBudds is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team! 🥳

Job Requirements

In this role, we hope you can -

• Execute: Design and launch ad campaigns across popular digital platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, etc, while aligning with overall brand messaging 
• Analyse: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROAS to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Test: Experiment with different ad variations, copywriting and target audiences to identify most effective strategies
• Optimize: Allocate allotted marketing budgets efficiently across different channels to maximise ROI
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual, and with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals 

✨ You will play a key role in bringing our fun, friendly, and playful brand to life through unique campaigns!

This position requires -  

• 2 – 4 years of experience in performance marketing  
• Passion in growing and supporting Malaysian made e-commerce brands #sapotlokal
• Strong knowledge and interest in Malaysian consumer behaviour
• Strong execution mindset – big things are in the pipelines and we need someone who will join us in hitting each milestone!
• A keen eye for detail to ensure our brand persona shines across all ad campaign creatives
• Strong understanding of the functionality and features of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok
  (BIG PLUS if you’re up to date on the latest trends too!)
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• A self-motivated team player with strong time management skills
