Tattooing 101 is the world's largest online Tattoo artist education platform in the world with our head office based in Damansara.

We're looking for a super organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure our projects run smoothly, stay on track, and make everyone happy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinating project activities like schedules, resources, and budgets
• Keeping everyone in the loop on project updates
• Running project meetings and keeping project documents organized
• Tracking progress and making adjustments as needed
• Identifying and solving project risks and issues
• Working with other teams to make sure projects succeed
• Preparing and sharing project reports
• Giving the project team a hand with admin tasks as needed

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Your English verbal and written skills must be top notch
• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
• Experience as a project coordinator or something similar
• Killer organizational and time management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana or Trello
