Job Description

 

  • Developing strategies to Market and sell properties that are provided by the company. 
  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team if any 
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage with customer and trade partners.
  • Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations to Top management
  • Prospecting potential buyers, Sales presentation to clients, persuading clients to purchase our properties, achieving sales target.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor, focusing efforts on high-potential customers.
  • Maintain customer stable price strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain and enhance professional knowledge through educational workshops, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Provide and analyse historical records by maintaining detailed area and customer sales data.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a supportive work environment.

Job Requirements

  

  • 5 years above of Product Management experience and a similar period in Sales, preferably import & export Vegetable, Fruit. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
