As a Service Crew, you will help build consistent guest experiences by preparing orders, serving with care, and supporting daily operations as we scale our on-ground team.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a friendly attitude.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve simple issues to keep service smooth.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Prepare menu items to standard, follow portion and presentation guidelines, and assist in basic food prep.
• Operate the POS, process payments, and support stock rotation during shifts.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas and follow food safety practices at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks to keep the outlet ready for the next shift.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or first-time hires.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of food service and service standards, including order handling and portioning.
• Familiarity with POS operations and basic cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Quick learner, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking direction.
